Notes

easy jog on the work treadmill with strides x 4 @mile pace x 20-25 sec.

I can't imagine running a marathon tomorrow. I have a lot of negative thoughts that I am going to set aside.

Here is what I am going to focus on:

1. Running relaxed and using as little mental energy as possible for at least the first 15 miles.

2. Running with the glutes, posture, keeping limbs close, pendulum of leg equal forward, equal back, and elastic recoil.

3. Aim for 8:30-9:00 min for first mile.

4. The last 10k is a 10k effort (mentally plan to work harder).
