Notes

Beginner Strength #2.

Getting easier. Balancing better with the lunges. Push ups pretty straightforward now, probably ready for regular ones. Burpees stronger and more coordinated. Good stuff. I don't care if it helps my running. It will help me move better in general, keeps me from getting so stiff all around, more athletic, and doesn't hurt to be tight or toned or whatevs.
