no time. includes strides 4 x 20 sec at mile pace. just occurring to me while doing strides that i am dumb for not doing them all along. also, the other night i was getting into bed or something and realized that the clamshell maneuver (orwhatever that exercise is) simulates the hip pain precisely. which makes me think that that is going to need to be a key exercise.

need to stop eating and drinking so much, weight creeping up.
