Notes

Procrastinating. Running going pretty well. Not a ton of aches and pains. Twinge of sciatica, twinges of plantar fasciitis. Need to roll out feet. Not losing any weight. Time to count calories? That never lasts but I should try.

Next week will be better after boards are out of the way. Right now it feels like everything is pressing in.
