Just wanted to go run for 90 minutes. Goal for new year: Strong healthy body via weight lifting stretching rolling yoga eating well etc, aerobic activity 8 hours a week in whatever form that takes, a new PR in any distance even if that means a new distance, 6 trail races of any distance. And read more and continue to work on chilling the fuck out, figure out my values and live by them, be kind and take care of the one I love.
