Week 7 Phase 2
3 x (2 x 200m R pace with 200m jogs + 1 x 400 R pace with 400 m jog)
did this on the treadmill (hot, had Guthrie, easier to figure out what the hell I'm doing)
1 mile warm up
R pace 7:08 for 53 sec (200) and 1:47 (400)
jogs 10:54 for 1:22 min (200) and 2:44 (400)
1 mile cool down
wasn't particularly hard. Total of 1.5 miles at R pace.
felt good and fine, at least while running.
