Nice night. 1 mile followed by dynamic stretching and then laugh out loud attempt at plyometrics. The vertical jumps were okay but the single leg bounding was ridic. I had to laugh at myself as the old lady in the woods doing weird looking movements that have no resemblance to what I was actually attempting. Maybe next time? Hahahahahaha.
Wondering if that was the right IT band that I was feeling at the start. Probably should be doing some rolling.
