Hamstrings a little bit sore last night, presumably from the hills, and I think this is a good thing but took it easy today keeping it at >10:00 pace. Legs still feel loose and good. Thinking that this morning running also has the benefit of a whole day of moving afterward which I would guess gives a little stretch all around and keeps things from tightening up so much. I'm actually enjoying these morning wake-up calls. Yesterday woke up at 5:30am in anticipation. WTF is wrong with me?
