Prescription was to start at 8-8:15 and work down from there, 5 miles total. Mission accomplished but boy was that hard. Rolling hills and 5k race effort at end. Wasn't sure if I was going to be able to finish this workout. Part of last mile downhill helped. 2wu/1cd.
