Loosened laces of left shoe a block in. By mile 3 the pain was back. By the end started feeling a little depressed about this but also thinking about how to be proactive. Ice, NSAIDS, Lydiard lacing, strength training, get on bike or rower to make up any missed miles. Not *as* bad as a few days ago but this is just one run. Still planning 8 for tomorrow.
Don't tie your shoes too tight folks. I'm an idiot. Extensor tendonitis sucks.
