Strides x 6

Body fat the lowest it's been since July at 17.6%. Never been below 17 (maybe 15 after running camp last spring but that's suspicious). No alcohol since New Year's Eve (probably haven't been this dry in at least 15 years. some observations: not sure I'm any less tired upon waking in the morning but never dragging during the day. eating calories instead of drinking them; have to watch that. less desire to socialize or maybe it's less fun to socialize without a drink; secret weapon: brunch and coffee...great fun. not really thinking about it much any more. oh, left one beer in the fridge from 2016 that I intend to let sit there just to prove a point. what point I don't know. probably break the streak this weekend.).
