Notes

been trying to pay attention to some stuff. calves relatively loose for once. quads tight but nothing major. been feeling some left ankle stiffness for a long time some days worse than others but today left plantar fascia feels less tight! (finally!). at top end of toe raises (before dropping the heel), the left ankle hurts the worst (proximal end of the achilles I think.. tendonitis?)...upping the eccentric heel drops. finally getting to work on the glutes. left hip has been almost completely silent. just gives a hint on tight turns that things are not 100%.. a tight right turn makes me alter gate slightly to swing the thigh around instead of using hip muscles, that what it feels like anyway. hip and glute strength need to be a priority.
