4 x (200 at 44-45, 200jog), 3:00 rest, 4 x (1000 at 4:35, 200jog), 3:00 rest, 4 x (200 at 44-45, 200jog). 44, 47, 44, 44. 4:32, 4:34, 4:32, 4:31. 43, 44, 43, 44. Not sure what happened on the second 200. Overall tough but very manageable.
