6 x 400m at 5k pace (supposed). felt more confident, mentally and physically prepared to workout than last week. (watching flotrack videos before probably didn't hurt) the 400s were hard but doable. needed that rest between and glad to be done. fun! stayed in lane 1 this time! couple other guys. one guy doing 50m sprints in lane 6 kindly asked if I was using that lane.
