decided not to run this all out. pace felt relatively easy and relaxed until maybe the last mile or two. what a beautiful fall day, and really a nice course. enjoyed this quite a bit! and sarah won!! i got 1st in age group award (40-49).
this is essentially BQ pace. need to build up the endurance to make it last.
