Wow, look at that fade. The first mile honestly felt easy (esp compared to last week) and I thought I was keeping it reined in. Still, overall an improvement from last week. Oh, and hey! Jason surprised me by coming out to cheer me on. Nice surprise! Saw him at 2 miles and just before 3 miles. Jogged a cool down with him.
