from sometime after mile one noticed pain in the right abdomen, thought it was side stitch until I went to dig my fingers in there. fuck, the pain. could it be an abdominal strain? don't know. sharp pain most of the run, dulled out by the end. this was a pretty exhausting run. but it's done. didn't have garmin so used phone gps.
