2x (400s, 200p, 100k) First set was at a moderate/hard pace. Second set I focused on a longer drawn out stroke and a strong kick making sure I felt like I was gliding through the water.

4x50 hard strides

100 breast stroke

100 easy to stretch out

Went after running to help work the ache out of my legs. Pool was surprisingly packed for a Sunday at 3
