Planned on some type of workout but I really wasn't sure what I wanted to do. I had an idea of doing two sets of the 400s followed by 4x100 but I really wasn't feeling the workout when I started it. I felt unbelievably slow while swimming the first hard 400 so I took my watch off and swam by feel instead. I think I'm going to swim without my watch for awhile and just go by feel. When I did that before I came back and started swimming 1:15s easily. The 100s for this workout were around 1:15 (I wore my watch for a few just to see where I was) and felt the opposite of yesterdays swim, choppy and uneven. Overall I wasn't very pleased with this workout.
