Got a text at 7:22 asking if I wanted to go for a group ride and naturally jumped out of bed. Rode with a 22 time iron man competitor with 7 Kona finishes. This woman is an animal! Ride went well other than putting a little more effort in than I had planned on. Legs should be fine for the tri tomorrow since the pace was kept pretty low with only a few efforts thrown in.
