Not very happy about this workout. I think the ride there and the run before hand tired me out a little bit but that really isn't an excuse. I hit ok times on the 200s but the 100s and 50s were slow in comparison to other workouts. I know I'm not going to be able to PR at every workout but I would like to keep it consistent.
