Stopped using my watch after the first set of 100s. Not sure what it is with using a watch but I feel pressured to hit specific times and my form becomes very sloppy and it's as if I struggle through the water. Once watch free my form became better and so did my breathing. Still put forth the same RPE if not more. Varied rest throughout since I didn't have my watch to gauge. Hard swim but glad i got it in.
