My entire body was sore going into this from the leg day yesterday. Drank a monster before starting and that still did not get me going and make me feel better. Still feel like death as I'm typing this... Even though I felt poor going into it I was still able to manage 1:15-1:17 for the intervals. I could feel my form diminishing throughout the intervals and I was more or less fighting myself trying to push harder. When it came down to the 50s my arms were meh and my core was shot.
