Why do I run: I run because I believe the actions involved that go into a good run provide me with a profound definition and sense of the sublime. Running is one of the purest forms of freedom, and I love that it enables me to enjoy the joys of surprising yourself (and others) on a daily basis. |
Why I started running: I started running track and cross-country in high school because I wanted make a pastime a more competitive hobby. After finishing Boston in 2010 (culminating ~10 years of running), I knew it was time to take my training to the next level. I hope to inspire others in my attempts to make myself a runner who is greater than his doubts. |
