Ran as hard as I possibly could; best race ever!, [schedule: ate spaghetti for dinner; went to bed at 10:30pm; woke up at 8am; ate oatmeal, two toasted slices of bread with peanut butter, and orange juice; showered and rubbed muscles; drank one bottle of water on the car ride and ate half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich; ate half a banana and some gatorade before warm-up; did some russian walks and leg streches right before race], beat Nolan Gross (MLK's #4 guy) by 5 seconds; beat my projected capable 5k time by 3 seconds (18:05); team got 2nd place out of 23 teams in our division; felt like I was going to throw-up afterwards; went HAAAAMMMMMMM!!!!
