Notes

ate butternut squash ravioli until I was really full dinner before meet; ate eggs, cantalope, half a bagel with cream cheese,and water breakfast before meet; did not go for a warm-up run but did static stretches and ran 2 sets of strides; went for it; recited parts of psalm 27 and isaiah 40:30-31; knee did not hurt at all but most pain I have ever put myself through; ran 0.75mi cool down and stretched during award ceremony
