chicken and pasta for dinner; chocolate covered frosted mini wheats for breakfast; turkey sandwich and salad for lunch; ate 2 fiber bars, 1 protein bar, a banana, and some powerade at meet before I ran; abbreviated stretching before warm-up; 4 run-outs; little chilly so I hit muscles before starting; focused on passing people and glorifying God; sprinted at end beating final guy; felt like I gave it my all; had FUN!!!
