Ran these at the gym with the 'around the world' program. Started first 2 miles at 8:36 then mile 3 at 8:20, dropped to 8:36 for mile 4. Mile 5 was 8:06 and Mile 6 was under 7:40. Averaged about level 7 for this run on the incline; felt good didn't really struggle to finish at all
