Nice and easy recovery ride on the stationary bike. Started out with 1-2 resistance for 5min then bumped it to 8 by the end. Just trying to get my legs moving again and to get a sweat in. Right IT band was bothering me slightly when I put my forearms on the handles but not when I sat up straight. Doesn't seem to be bothered when walking around or sitting. Right knee pain is gone though :)
