6 X Field House Repeats baby! Felt really good the first 3 but, that hill on Loomis gets progressively longer. Interesting workout to switch it up form doing medium Modaff all of last winter. Forgot to mention that we almost got hit by a car who blew a stop sign on four corners and now I'm afraid Al will only let us do Merner loops....
