Notes

Decided to keep this cross-training session sort since my hamstring is still bothering me and the elliptical seems to get bothered by it (but not as bad as the bike) especially with the first race of the season tomorrow. I also am having issues with the plantar still, I rolled with a frozen water bottle and stretched it out. Seems pretty random when it decides to flair up.
