This was my workout, I went ou too aggressive latching on to Nick Hird and the group with him for the first 2.5 miles. Once we got over the bridge and started up the hill I dropped and had gone anaerobic. The rest of the tempo was just mentally yelling at my legs to keep going as guys passed me. I got my breathing under control once we got to Hillside and pushed it in.
Takeaway: Be smarter, you don't have to prove anything.
