Building Tempo on medium Modaff. I decided that I wanted to elongate the tempo since I'm still in the building mileage phase. I also has pretty bad stomach issues during this run so I finished the tempo right at the bathroom on the river trail thank god. I hit way too many lights on the tempo aswell probably a good 2-3 min wait at 2 of them. Overall though this was very good little workout.
