Left IT Band- Felt a little tight, no sharp pain. But felt like it was going to give out at one point near the end of the run...I am taking tomorrow off cause we have a parade, and I need to role it out and hopefully it will feel good for Thursday.
Left Arch- little pain in my left arch went away after I got going. Feet feel a little tired over all, hopefully tomorrows day off will help.
