I feel really good today
It was just a great run
The day at about 2 pm was like 90 degrees
But a great 5 minute storm cooled it down to 77 degrees
Though I didn't feel as strong, I cramped after going under the bridge and worked out some pace quite close to before
I had a wonderful time
Yet again, more proof that I am SO fortunate to live in Carmel where there is basically a race every weekend that's only 30 minutes or less to reach
