First time in a long while I exceeded my expectations for myself. Not an official time but this is 8 seconds faster than I have ever run and 16 seconds faster than last years 8:54. First lap was a 70 followed by a 69. Faz was leading and picked it up and I went with him. Ran 2:14 for the next 800 for a 4:33 mile. Just held on after that and coasted it in. I think if I wanted it I was capable of closer 3 seconds faster BUT this is a TT and not an actual race so I wasn't about to kick.
Note: We had 4 people under the previous 3k record
