Warm up 0.4mi 5:45 minutes 2-3% incline. Ran 6.2 miles for 60 minutes at 6.1-6.3 mph at 0-3% incline changes; incline walk 1.6 mile 2-6-0% incline,4.2-4.6-4.0mph for 21:30 minutes. Total 8.2 miles for 87:15minutes.
HR in mid 150's, legs felt weaker this workout & HR stayed in 150's more that it has on past runs. Been lifting more weights past week& this may have impacted this workout.
