On Stage 3 Patellar Eccentric Squats (with Slant / Incline)

3 sets of 15. No pain or discomfort at all. (Struggle with single leg still, so alternating reps with 2 leg squats with weights.)

Gradually adding weight and decreasing reps. Goal 15 to 20 Reps with more weight.
