Notes

Felt a little sloppy form-wise at places. First time running hard outdoors in a little while. Need to get some track work in, but once I got up to speed really didn't have too much trouble running consecutive sub 7's and still run a bit of a progression too. Was going to do another hard mile to get a 10K simulation but decided not to overdo it and back off for a recovery mile.
