This was an exercise in total frustration with the new watch. Just couldn't make it do what I wanted, will need to read up on it more.

800m @ 2:50 #1 (Didn't realize I was in KM/Hr so ran it way to fast.)

800m @ 3:10 #2 (Still sucking wind and trying to do the math, so got closer here.)

School had some sort of field day going on, so I left. I had blown myself out on the first one a bit anyways. May try again tonight to do some more.
