Made a super effort to keep good form and a cadence between 175 & 180. Took a much higher effort than my typical zone out an enjoy it run. (I will zone out tomorrow.)
Interestingly enough, didn't try to focus on pace at all. Looking at the miles afterwards, it is interesting to see how close they are.
