Notes

I stayed with Doug and Lance as long as I thought I could but they picked up the pace the last 5 and I wasn't going to try and match it. This already was the fastest long run I have had in a long time and didn't want to risk killing myself. I really didn't feel to bad at the end, not sure i had another 8 or 9 miles in me at that pace, but I didn't feel on the verge of a meltdown either.

Considering it was a stressful work day and I am due for a day off, this was much better than I figured it would be. I thought about grinding out 2 more but I really had to get back to work. No ankle brace today as well, so there is no way I should need it for Philly.

Well that sure is encouraging then isn't it!

Not sure... I can't even see Doug anymore much less stay behind him. I was still happy with the run though. I will let you run Doug down at Philly. He's a machine now.
