My HR monitor was on the fritz today. Washed it and will see if it does better tomorrow. In general I feel like I just keep going backwards of late. Maybe I should take up running backwards. Trying to focus on running for the sake of my health and not some PR crap, which wouldn't be a true PR for me anyway, like I am trying to convince myself I am fucking 18 again.
