HR was just my best guess. Pace/Mile Intervals fairly close or at least within +/- 5 seconds anyway. Had it at .5% incline all the way.
I felt pretty good once i got going. Iced my ankle most of the morning so the swelling was minimal at the start of the run. I didn't use a brace today and used the treadmill to try and focus on posture and form a bit. 7:35's seemed easy so figured I would take 10s off each mile on the back half and then just kick the last mile while keeping good form.
The workout seemed fairly easy which is a good sign, though it is a treadmill workout.
