Groin strain was there but not a major factor. Stopped after mile 5 for a break to write in the snow (originally coffee), and again at 14 for an ink refill (7oz Gatorade).
nice run double my distance. I am hiking as a supplement to my lack of running. Don't know how I will ever run in the cold again!
