2 Miles warm up @ 9 flat. Ramping up to MP and faster pace. Then 2 Miles @ 9 flat to cool down.
Quads were sore from the mile race, but left foot rebounded and didnt feel too bad once i got going.

Better than I expected, worse than what i should be able to do. Humidity sucked.

I would bet your threshold pace is closer to 7.

yea, or at least 7:15. Just too humid and legs too heavy after the race on Sunday. Funny how just a mile can do that to you (or me). Just don't bounce back like I used to in my younger days.
