Completed stretching routine as well, focus on IBT, Quad, Calves, Groin and Hamstring.

19 days since last run... Trying to hold off on any running until 28 day mark.

Started Stage 2 Patellar Eccentric Squats (Wall / w Slant / Incline)

3 sets of 15. No pain or discomfort at all. Felt it bit latter in the day. (1 or 2 for soreness on scale of 10)

1st day of 2L/S2, if no pain or real discomfort will move on to stage 3 next week.
