Notes

Mile 4 of 8 of group run, rolled my ankle on a loose piece of concrete. I finished the run ok, with just a little discomfort, no serious pain. Ankle is swelling up a bit now that I am home and showered. Plan is to go eat, grab a beer, anti-inflammatory and ice pack and watch TV and make a call tomorrow if I should take a day off.
