I still don't know what strides are; you'll have to show me next time I run into you.

I don't do them enough, and I see L-Train remark in his log that he does them and say to myself, I really should be too on occasion. I just build it into my last mile... I accelerate to about my mile pace (if I was to run one) hold it for like 15 seconds and then slow down catch my breath, let HR go back to where it was and repeat up to 10 times.
