The first mile went really well, didn't feel like I was pushing it, but it was also down wind and slightly down hill.
The goal was to try and run 6:30s as that was the best guess I had as to where my speed and fitness were currently at and it was a pretty good guess as I didn't have much of anything left at the end of this.

19th Overall (Includes women with 2:30 Head start. 14th Overall if you don't include that.)
4/45 for Age Division which includes the women who get a 2.5 Minute Head start.
2nd for Age group for men, which matters for the 4-3-2-1 Standings.
